Carlota is our Xochimilco axolotl, a symbol of Mexico City's biodiversity and natural heritage. This iconic amphibian inhabits the waters of Xochimilco, a unique ecosystem home to a wide variety of aquatic species.

Our handcrafted plush measures 28 cm and is crocheted with crochet and embroidery details that highlight her tender expression and distinctive external gills. Like real axolotls, Charlotte is a reminder of the importance of preserving her habitat and protecting this endangered species.
